1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping & Items Shipped for Free is usually 3-7 business days. Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days.

3. International Shipping
We currently only ship to United States territory.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking numbers. The tracking number will generally be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages & Lost Packages
Vital Medical Equipment is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the shipment carrier.
